Miles Dadson, Peter Keil & Tim Keil in 2005, formed Keil-Dadson Insurance Brokers Ltd. by way of amalgamation. Keil-Dadson Insurance Brokers Ltd. Consists of Keil Insurance Brokers (Gorrie) Ltd., Keil-Dadson Insurance Brokers Ltd., Johnson-Dadson Insurance and Keil Insurance Brokers (Listowel) Ltd.

 

Keil Insurance Brokers Ltd. dates back to 1919 and evolved into Keil Insurance Brokers (Gorrie) Ltd. and was owned by Peter Keil. Johnson Dadson Insurance had been in existence since the early 1970’s and was owned by Miles Dadson. Keil-Listowel was owned by Tim Keil and started in 1988 and than in 1998 it and Johnson Dadson merged to form Keil-Dadson that than merged with Keil-Gorrie effective January 1, 2005.
