Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Process all new business, cancellations, endorsements, reinstatements and renewals.
• Update Client information in broker management system
• Provide support for service and sales brokers as required
• Prepare client invoices and billing material
• Provide support for reception as required

Prerequisites

• Post Secondary Education
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task between a variety of tasks, projects, and deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook

The following additional qualifications are helpful, although not mandatory:

• Previous experience in a Personal Lines environment
• A valid RIBO License
• Experience with Power Broker and Compuquote
